A Rich
History
Needham Street was home to one of the first Industrial Parks in the Nation. In 1950, Polaroid called the site of NEWTON NEXUS their home. Most recently known as Newton Technology Park after a conversion to office space, the area became the site of TripAdvisor–a globally recognized brand.
Now, over 60 years after Polaroid first called it home, one more transformation is taking place with the creation of NEWTON NEXUS—a 142,000 square foot mixed use environment in the heart of Needham Street. Watch the transformation.
